    • Repairs or modifications carried out by an unauthorised person.
How to claim repairs under warranty

Should you have any concerns regarding the performance of your product, please use the following procedure: Contact the authorised dealer, where you originally purchased the product from. Your dealer can then honour the product under the warranty terms and conditions. To validate the warranty, you will need to produce the original sales receipt or other proof of ownership and date of purchase. The proof of purchase must show the name of the purchaser and the retailer where the product was purchased from. If it is found that the product needs repair, your dealer will arrange this in conjunction with DoDeca or its authorised distributors.
